For the booking to be confirmed, a deposit payment of 25% of the total is required.Payments are accepted in Euros(€) only and may be made by Paypal(additional charge of 4%) or a bank transfer.
With a bank transfer, bank details will be provided. For Paypal email/invoice will be provided with instructions on how to make the payment with a credit card.
Balance of payment is on arrival at registration time. However, for booking of two or more studios, you may be asked at the time of booking, in writing, to make a final payment 10 weeks in advance of arrival. We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled, if final payment is required and not payed within the time that is due.
Your accommodation is available at 13:00 hrs on day of arrival and must be vacated at 11:00 hrs on day of departure.
Linen and Towels( one bath and one face towel per person) are supplied as part of your booking and changed every three days. However, the booking is for self catering and basic consumables,such as bathroom soap are not supplied. Toilet paper, dish soap and sponge is supplied
All studios have a Kitchenette with a mini Fridge, a two Ring Electric Stove, Cooking Utensils, Cutlery, Electric Kettle and Toaster. There is also a shared portable charcoal BBQ that you can use in the courtyard to broil some steaks or hamburgers
Maid Service is every day except Sundays. Maid service is between 10:00 hrs and noon hrs.
On arrival, please identify any concerns that you may have with the studio, so we can endeavour to rectify the matter as soon as possible.
Air conditioning is on a key system and power to the air conditioning unit is automatically cut when guests exit the studio apartment.
We request that you do not smoke inside the studios however, smoking is permitted in the outside areas.
DO NOT FLUSH anything in the toilet. No feminine products or toilet paper should be flushed at anytime. Please use the bins in each toilet. If it is found that something has been flushed and the septic system is clogged, damages fee will be charged.
Pets are not allowerd in the studios, with no exception.
It is agreed between us that should you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, or that the booking is canceled by us due to non-payment then the following shall apply: cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival the deposit payment shall be refunded minus 10% administration fee. Cancellations that are placed within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded the deposit.
Although it is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it could occasionally happen, and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better property. However, if this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to us for the property but we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
Three Brothers Studios reserves the right to substitute comparable or better accommodations without liability, should the studio reserved be out of order, been inadvertently double-booked, or be deemed substandard by us for any reason. If comparable accommodations are not available, Guest will receive a complete refund.
You are strongly advised to take out an insurance travel policy for holiday cancellation, flight delays, for medical, and loss of personal goods (e.g. burglary, fire etc.), since you will not be covered by the Three Brothers Studios policy.
You are responsible for any breakages, losses or damage to your accommodation during your stay and will be asked to pay for any necessary repairs or replacements before leaving.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept you as a client or to continue dealing with you if, in our opinion, your behaviour is disruptive and is causing or is likely to cause damage to property. If we do this, we will not be responsible for any extra costs which you incur.
We are not liable for loss or damage to guests caused by acts of God, natural disasters, acts of governments, wars, terrorist activity, fire or any other reason beyond our control.
